Construction of a family home following removal of existing buildings in Požega.
Total building area: 230 m2 (2,476 sq ft).
Design Task
Design development for a residential contemporary-style two-story building for a family of four.
Challenges
Fitting the building volume in appearance of its street, construction line, relation to adjacent plot boundaries and height of the building.
Project Progress
Commenced in April 2022.
Preliminary, and general designs have been developed, and the construction permit was obtained.
